Wellbeing Pilates

Strengthening and restorative movement sessions that gently combine breathwork, stretching, and Pilates — so you can feel stronger, more consistent, and energised in your everyday life
Love Me Foundations
(Limited spaces available):
A gentle starting point for those returning to movement, consistency, and a sense of calm in everyday life.
£5 per session (introductory rate)
