Wellbeing Pilates

Strengthening and restorative movement sessions that gently combine breathwork, stretching, and Pilates — so you can feel stronger, more consistent, and energised in your everyday life

Love Me Foundations

(Limited spaces available):

A gentle starting point for women returning to movement, consistency, and a sense of calm in everyday life.​

£5 per session (introductory rate)

Fridays — 10:00–10:40am

Live on Zoom

Each session includes:

A calm, restorative movement class (Pilates, breathwork, and stretch)

Gentle grounding and reset

Strengthening for everyday life

A consistent weekly rhythm to support your wellbeing

A simple weekly space to help you feel calm, strong, and more like yourself again.​​​​​

Wednesdays: 12.15–1pm
