What started as handwritten messages of encouragement on small wooden tags has evolved into the Love Me Movement —
a calm, restorative approach to movement and wellbeing.
Rooted in creativity and lived experience, the movement creates space to slow down, reconnect, and feel more grounded—bringing a sense of calm and ease to everyday life.
From these beginnings, the Love Me Movement developed into a wider wellbeing practice combining movement, breath, and gentle reflection to support both body and mind. At its heart is the creation of space—space to slow down, quieten the mind, and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm, peace, and inner strength.

Today, the Love Me Movement is centred around a weekly Pilates and movement membership designed to help you feel stronger, steadier, and more energised in everyday life. This simple, sustainable practice offers a calm space to move, reset, and reconnect with yourself each week.

The Love Me Movement is rooted in the original 7 Simple Steps—a gentle wellbeing framework created during the COVID pandemic, when Susie began sharing handwritten messages of encouragement to support others through a time of uncertainty.

What started as small, thoughtful moments of connection quickly grew into a wider digital programme and handbook, offering simple, accessible guidance to help people feel calmer, more grounded, and supported in everyday life.
The 7 Steps remain at the heart of the movement today, quietly shaping its philosophy and the gentle rhythm of each week.
